FMDM12 Cocktail: Summertones and Florals-to-Go

Last week Groupe Sensation Mode hosted a cocktail in order to unveil the program for the 12th edition of the Montreal Festival Mode & Design!

I, attended of course, not only as a blogger but because I, Danik Yopp, am apart of the program!

With Dina Habib and our company du jour DYDH Productions will be producing and styling a show at next months festival!

Surrounded by bloggers, stylists, photographers, and other industry staples we all gathered for free drinks and music as we learned what eachother will be creating during August`s birthing week.

From Bollywood, to 5Bloggers, Trend making with the boys of UNTTLD, vintage, and the downtown mall retail collectives will be taking turns putting on show after show buzzing back and fourth from drink to stage to makeup to the streets in front of 500,000 spectators that show up for the largest festival of its kind in North America.

Shows not to Miss:

-Yves Martin

-Crème à la glace, limonade sucrée

-Shaydakiss and DJ Zarfan spinning

-Anything styled by Melania Brisson

See full schedule Here!

and Do Not miss DYDH on August 3rd, 2012 6:15 at Esplanade Place Ville Marie!

Thank you Dominque (D-Construct) for the photo of DYDH at the Event!

“Creating a stage performance based on DYDH Productions’ personal style; ignoring mainstream fashion norms, transcending gender and changing the way pieces are worn to body type. Exploring sexuality on a Kinsey scale- from
the modern dandy silhouettes to the underground rebellious Rock & Roll scene.”
